Duly filled in application form, along with necessary documents, is to be submitted to institute office on or before August 23, 2019. - HSC Mark Sheet (all mark sheets if more than one attempt)
- GUJCET – 2023 Score Card
- School Leaving Certificate/Transfer certificate from institute/university/board
- Two passport size photos of student
- ACPC Registration / Merit Number Proof
- Migration Certificate (If Applicable)
- Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
- Income Certificate (If Applicable)
